A new paper on the comprehensive, multi-faceted Work, Family & Health Network (WFHN) Intervention has been published online in the December issue of Organizational Dynamics. The paper, entitled Designing Work, Family and Health Organizational Change Initiatives, was authored by Network researchers Ellen Ernst Kossek, Leslie B. Hammer, Erin L. Kelly, and Phyllis Moen, and examines the approach used by the WFHN to develop an innovative workplace intervention to improve employee and family health.
